What would you choose to live in appartment or in a house?
i prefer appartment, but i actually have never lived in private house so i have not objective thought about it.
it's more comfortable for me to live in flate, i have my personal zone and that's all. but neighbors, thay are so different and so close to you that sometime they interfere me to sleep (for example)
I would choose house. i think it is more comfortable and good for a family. You have more chances to spend time ourdoors, you have more space. It is great!

You are right! It is a great chance to be more outdoors, to plant something, to make your yard perfect for you or even to make a swimming pool for you and your family, friends.
I would choose appartment. I agree that neighbors can be different, but the same in a house. They can disturb you too, being close to your house. But appartment is more comfortable for me now. It needs less cleaning :)))
Appartment is perfect for me now. I do not like the idea to come to an empty house. I think houses are perfect for families, especially with children. So I think I can change my mind if I find someone special and think about having children with him.
I prefer to live in the house,because I love nature,I love to watch trees and grass near my house, for me it's important.I love barbecue with my friends and sit in the fresh air :dry:
House is better for a child. When you live in house you don't have neighbours in a distance of 30 means. you have a yard where you can organize BBQ, when you can organize birthday for your child or just to spend time on the open air. Own house it is great.
For me it is better to live in the house.I believe that the house has many advantages.Pros, it's your yard. You can safely without fear, to let the child walk in the yard and on the street near the house. No problem to put the car. Cats dogs a lot of places (those who love animals)
Generally most buzz in the summer!
you can arrange a swimming pool both for kids and for adults.
Grow your kitchen garden and herbs are always fresh, and outdoor activities. you can sunbathe without leaving the house.
Evening under the grapes on the big couch to eat dinner and drink tea.
Anyway after living in a private house in the apartment is not coming back. B) B) B)
We have a house. Minus one: I have to work more than an apartment, and money and time maintaining a home requires more, but in an apartment for years can do NOTHING!
Pros:own earth, the garden around the house, don't need to travel to the country - saving time;
heating - boiler and water heating, so cold in the house does not happen and not have to wait for "when the heat will include";
purchased the generator, turn the light off if no one suffers;
hot water has its own, through the boiler - no problems;
repairs done as in apartments with insulation, laminate, plastic Windows, aluminum panels, the toilet, bathtub, shower...;
neighbors are decent people and are far;
number of rooms depends on the willingness, to huddle when the family grew, it took - was added;
I love houses. I live in a house in a rural area on 1/2 acre. There is a nice front deck under a peaked roof with ferns hanging around and a ceiling fan and I have white wicker furniture. There is a nice back deck with a roll out awning. I love its remote. The back half of the yard is fenced with chain link fencing. There are two out bldgs. and a special designed out house which I use while working in the back of the yard. There is a pond in the back yard with a bridge. I hang my hammock between trees I planted quite a few years back just for this purpose. I have tasteful statuary here and there. The house has a triple car port and a cement driveway. I use rain barrels in the summer to catch water to water my ferns and window boxes. I love my house.
