Tell us about the best present you have ever got from someone ? something you would never forget?
What about Monopoly :cheer:
No game is better suited to the budding capitalist than this classic real estate game. Think it is rather interesting game which also will have its influence to child's development.
The best present for me when my partner does not just go to the shop and buy something, but really put in his forces, fantasy and sincere willing to surprise me, to make something pleasant for me. Unfortunately it happened not so often in my life, but these moments were precious.
Once my partner sent a courier with a nice little box. There were tickets to the cinema for that evening. There was nothing special- just tickets, but I remember it till this day and I always will, He could call me and ask me to go to the cinema that evening, but he made a sweet surprise and it was really cool.
I agree that using your fantasy and doing your best to please your partner is more important then the price of the present. So no matter how much you spent, the more important how many feelings you'll put in preparing, how much love your will add :)
The best present I got was a surprise-trip organized by my ex partner. He knew that I value impressions more than any presents, and he got an idea to organize a small weekend trip for us. it was really exciting, interesting, sweet and unforgattable. we had a great time together.
I have the best, memorable gift was this summer for my Birthday - balloon flight... favorite person organized, on the very day woke up early in the morning, saying nothing was brought out of the city and then I saw the balloons!!! eeeh, joy and delight was not the limit! after all, such gifts are remembered better than material. however, the flight was still attached and watch, but I will always remember it that morning!I am very glad that I have such a nice and caring guy.I really appreciate it and cherish him, love him so much!!!!!!Love your second halfs!!!!
My absolute best Christmas present was from my exboyfriend. He gave it to me two days early, December 23rd, because we wouldn't see each other on Christmas. It was wrapped in the perfect red and green paper and written on it was a note, saying make sure to wait until Christmas day to open it. When I opened it, the box was purple, because he knows its my favorite color. Inside the box was a silver picture frame with the first picture we ever took together. The picture was black and white and there was a note tucked in the back of the frame. It said "Black and white is how this picture is perceived by the ones who do not wish to understand. If you truly care, you will remember this day and relive it in color." My heart melted when I read it.
I am of the opinion that the best gift is the gift made by your own hands. The best gift for me was a gift of my children on the anniversary of our wedding. They did daisy paper, which had been about a hundred petals. They approached us and asked one to pluck petals. We disrupted, and they talked to each petal reason for which we love. :woohoo: It was so wonderful ..... I was almost crying. Then we asked them who they suggested this idea. Children are silent, do not want to tell. :cheer:
I was once presented with the trip to Paris. Everything was amazing, and I want to share why I like the travelling. Traveling broadens your horizons as to how the rest of the world lives and breathes. It is very educational seeing how other people live, what they eat, their cultures, plus all the historical and scenic wonders of this world. People. The people that you meet while traveling is honestly one of the most rewarding aspect of travel imo. I have met some of the most amazing, unique, and interesting people while traveling. The people help to make the destination. So, the best present for me is to go somewhere abroad.
Snow, for my 30th birthday. A close friend knocked on my door holding what I at first thought was a white package. He told me to come outside, so I did. He'd gone hiking that morning and ran into snow so (knowing I loved snow but rarely got to see it) he backed his truck up the mountain, filled it full of snow, and unloaded it into my yard before he came and got me. We built a snowman and had a snowball fight. Most unique and thoughtful gift I've ever received. I was deeply amazed in fact, because I was never given something like this before. It was a great and unforgettable surprise.
