Carrots

What do you know about carrots ans it's benefits for health?How often do you eat it? As for me I drink carrot juice not often, but still I like it and I know it's very healthy and good for skin. I like to add some other fruits like apples to it. And also I know that carrot digests by organism only with some oils or fats. Anyways I add some olive oil to my juice. The consumption of carrots keeps your skin healthy and vibrant as they are loaded with Vitamin C and antioxidants. Carrots can also be used to prepare an inexpensive and convenient face mask. All you need to do is to mix grated carrot with some honey and apply it as a face mask to get glowing skin.

Well, carrots are known by herbalists to prevent infection. They can be used on cuts – shredded raw or boiled and mashed. Besides, carrots are used as an inexpensive and very convenient facial mask. Just mix grated carrot with a bit of honey. Vitamin A assists the liver in flushing out the toxins from the body. It reduces the bile and fat in the liver. The fibers present in carrots help clean out the colon and hasten waste movement. Carrots clean your teeth and mouth. They scrape off plaque and food particles just like toothbrushes or toothpaste. Carrots stimulate gums and trigger a lot of saliva, which being alkaline, balances out the acid-forming, cavity-forming bacteria. The minerals in carrots prevent tooth damage.

Carrots are traditionally included in the diet diet in many diseases, and healthy people are a root vegetable or its juice in their menu. The beneficial properties of carrots are written, without exaggeration, whole volumes of medical and popular scientific literature.
This vegetable is an inexhaustible source of beta-carotene, or vitamin A, which gives it a bright orange color. Carrots are very useful:
for the eyes, preventing the occurrence of "night blindness";
for the heart and blood vessels;
for prevention of oncological diseases;
to reduce the weight, improve the intestinal peristalsis and control of carbohydrate metabolism;
to restore

Often it is advised to eat carrots with sour cream, claiming that she will be more useful. It is really so. In fact, beta-carotene, which is a major vitamin contained in orange root vegetable is a fat-soluble compound. That is, in order that it is absorbed by the body, to dissolve it in any kind of fat – vegetable oil or any other. :) :) :) :) Sour cream is the product that contains milk fat. In addition, it contains live lactic acid bacteria that are good for our intestines. So from carrots with sour cream we get a double benefit.

It may sound strange but carrot is known to prevent different kinds of cancer. Carrot is an antioxidant which kills free radicals in human organism. If you smoke and want to prevent the lung cancer, then you should eat carrots at least twice a week, because the researches have shown that the smokers who eat carrots more than once a week reduce the risk of lung cancer more than 3 times. It is impressing, isn't it? Another research, provided in Japan, showed that beta-carotene (one more component of carrots) has an inverse association with the development of colon cancer

Carrots are especially helpful for people who suffer from high blood pressure. If you feel that your blood pressure goes up, eat a carrot. Carrots are rich in potassium, which is a vasodilator and can relax the tension in your blood vessels, thereby increasing blood flow and circulation, boosting organ function throughout the body, and reducing the stress on the cardiovascular system. High blood pressure is also directly linked to atherosclerosis, strokes, and heart attacks, so this is yet another heart-healthy aspect of carrots! The coumarin found in carrots also has been linked to reducing hypertension and protecting your heart

With excessive consumption of carrot skin on the feet and the palms gets an orange tint, this is more common in children, as the liver of the adult person is able to cope with carotene, but too much to absorb.Use carrots in the same way that it has a "beauty vitamin" (vitamin a). Drink fresh juice regularly and you will always be flourishing. ;) ;) ;) ;) Useful carrot in the form of masks for skin of the neck and face, it is necessary to sustain them for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water here are the recipes of some of them.

Carrot is one of my favorite juice ingredients. It not only tastes good, it has so many health benefits and is highly cleansing.
Carrots may have high sugar content but it is also a very good blood sugar regulator (it’s a paradox I know). If you’re generally healthy without blood sugar problem, two or three medium-sized carrots daily would not cause any adverse effect (but diabetics should keep to just half a carrot a day).
The natural sugar in carrots are easily assimilated. Fresh carrot juice has a glycemic index count of 80 which is at an acceptable borderline. Its consumption is encouraged for its rich nourishment and carotenoid content which actually helps balance blood sugar. However, always practice moderation in whatever you juice.

Maculate degeneration: This is a common eye disease of elderly. It impairs the macula. Researches found that people who ate the most Beta-carotene had a forty percent lower risk of maculate degeneration compared with those who consumed the least.

- Improves eyesight: Deficiency of vitamin A can cause some difficulty seeing in dim light. Since carrot is rich in vitamin A it is good for improving eyesight.

- Stroke: A carrot a day reduces stroke risk by 68 percent. Many studies have strengthened the “carrot effect” on brain. Studies conducted on stroke patients revealed that those with highest levels of Beta carotene have the best survival rate.

- Diabetes: Carrot is good for blood sugar regulation because of the presence of carotenoids in carrot. Carotenoids inversely affect insulin resistance and thus lower blood sugar.
