i like to watch biathlon
of course i dream to do this myself, but i can badly ski, so this dream will always be only dream :)
Actually i can watch also football, i even sometimes go to the statium to look on this.
Oh, I understand you! I have the same thing about dancing. I adore music, I have good feeling of rhythm, but the problem is that I have no coordination of movement, I have terrible feeling of balance, I am totally inflexible and I move terribly, like a cow with broken legs))))))))) But it brings me a lot of pleasure to look at other people dancing. They seem to me like real wizards, because to me it is nothing but miracle to make your body listen to you. As for biathlon and skiing, I watch them from time to time, but I am not sure whether it is worth it to try it by myself with my extremely bad coordination.
Soccer is such a great team sport and is equally enjoyable to play. I have, recently, taken up squash which is a fast paced, demanding and a highly entertaining sport that always leaves me feeling exhilarated afterwards, even if i lose. Competing against one's own achievements at gym, is another rewarding discipline.
I agree with you that sport develops character qualities. It develops self-discipline, it teaches you to work in team and to respect your rivals, and these qualities are important in all spheres of our life, even in family and business. And also sport develops your brain and mental qualities. You think about all the possible steps to make beforehand, you learn to build a strategy of game inside your mind. You learn to deal either with success or with fail, you learn to find the way out of diiferent kinds of complicated situations. You just learn to understand life
Basketball - but only if you are playing with decent players. Hate playing when there is no team work and everyone shoots fadeaway jump shots. It's a team game and I enjoy it the most when played with the team and strategy in mind. Not just barrel through people and chunk threes. Also the game isn't always about athleticism. Playing with your head can magnify your skill :)
Strengthen our muscles. Cross-country skiing are forced to work and supports the tone almost all muscles in your body. So, for example, are utilized during skiing the abdominal muscles (both upper and lower). Within an hour they are reduced to 50 thousand times! Of course, during skating a good workout, you get the muscles of the legs and arms.
Train the cardiovascular and respiratory system. The skiing is ideal for strengthening the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. During the movement improves the function of the heart muscle, stabilizes blood pressure and metabolism, improves blood circulation, lung was well ventilated.
Get rid of excess weight. Just an hour-long walk on skis allows you to burn 500 to 1200 calories. Skiing is, without exaggeration, a great helper in the fight against obesity. The load that gets your body while walking on the ski, comparable to the energy expenditure of swimmers and runners.
It's hard for me to distinguish my favourite kind of sports. There's a tremendous amount of them, which influence our health. The best thing I've ever practiced in my life is track and field athletics. This is a great alternative for those, who can't decide what is best, because it's a combination of all sports. It includes running, jogging, doing physical exercises, etc. In fact, that's great to do sports, as it lessens the harmful effect of different diseases on your body, which is really important to consider, especially under the pressures of modern, urbanised world. Besides, doing any kind of physical activity helps to burn the calories, which may be so undesirable for people with a big weight.
Love Boxing...However, as with the occupation absolutely any kind of sports deyatelnosti have to observe separate safety precautions. Your coach must be very experienced to deliver the blow so to avoid injury. Also it needs to how to prevent you to workout, make sure that you have no contraindications and "taps" to engage in Boxing of a medical nature – you will have to get a certificate from the doctor (by the way, and with it also is to consult on future training). In addition, an experienced coach will build load so that you are not too tired in the early stages, and develop stamina gradually, and prompt the necessary sporting equipment. :P :P :P
Raquetball. it's great because you can play with anyone, regardless of skill level, and it is always fun. The fast pace is also a plus, and the angles are a blast, you can get the ball to do almost anything. Plus you don't have to go chasing the ball around. Also cricket. Because it is the game of love and unity. It is the game of emotions, attachment, togetherness and thrill. A great source of entertainment. I don't really like watching anything... I loike swimming also. Not that I'm thaaat good at it, but I love being underwater. The feeling is so liberating and de-stressing :)

The benefits of Aqua aerobics
For varicose veins water aerobics can be useful because it reduces the load on the loan, strengthens them. Nervous — helps you to relax. But for pregnant women it is generally a panacea: and muscle tone, and no special stress on the body no. Water aerobics helps to remove pressure off the spine and correct posture, which is useful, by the way, not only to ladies situation.
Thus, the advantages of Aqua aerobics:
The efficiency in the fight against excess weight and cellulite

Water helps to relieve stress
Gain the necessary muscle tone without any pain
We all need exercise. This is true for young people (in their teens) as well as for adults. Even if you don't plan make sports your main occupation. This is my opinion and I feel like it is true. As long as I can remember myself I was always keen on tennis. I love this sport with its old noble traditions, though myself never dreamed of becoming anything more than an amateur. I watch closely all tennis competitions and championships. There are a lot of them, but my favourite championship is Wimbledon because old tennis traditions remains there as they are. Some of the most well-known Wimbledon champions are: John McEnroe, Boris Becker, Steffi Graf, Monica Seles. My dream is to get a chance to watch at least one of them playing. And meantime I play tennis with my friends. It is also a great opportunity to socialize with people who have similar interest (as any sport I suppose).
Let's talk about Boxing. Boxing is a sport where two athletes are competing, their competition is the battle (with certain rules) in the ring. Boxing is Amateur and professional. As a rule, Amateur Boxing is a clean sport, it's no big fees and mnogoserijnyj show. The main events in Amateur Boxing is the world Championships and Olympic games. Professional Boxing can be called a "dirty" sport. In this sport, the main goal is earning money. For this sold thousands of tickets to the fights, the promotion of the fight and stuff. Comparing these two boxes can, of course, to say that professional Boxing is much tougher because more rounds, tougher gloves, no helmets, though under the new rules fans need to fight without helmets, tournament helmets are used.
