I have no best beloved sport , because i am not a sporty guy, but several years ago i have been doing archery and i can say that that kind of sport is really useful for many people , who are willing to be very determinant and responsible, because that very moment you make a shot, you literally answer for every step of yours.

Due to which, well worked out cardiovascular system and decreases the risk of heart attack, heart failure and atherosclerosis.

My favourite sport is tennis. Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against a single opponent (singles) or between two teams of two players each (doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. The object of the game is to play the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to play a valid return. The player who is unable to return the ball will not gain a point, while the opposite player will.
I am a big fan of sport! I like to play and watch football< baseball, table tennis and basketball. Sport make us strong and healthy!
I like single sport activity, and mostly I am fond of big tennis. At this activity I prefer watching, than being engaged in it, because I can't play it at all, and honestly, I don't have a great desire to learn it. It's enough for me just to be a spectator, but not a person who takes part in it.
As long as I can remember myself I was always keen on tennis. I love this sport with its old noble traditions, though myself never dreamed of becoming anything more than an amateur. :) I watch closely all tennis competitions and championships. There are a lot of them, but my favourite championship is Wimbledon because old tennis traditions remains there as they are.And meantime I play tennis with my friends. It is also a great opportunity to socialize with people who have similar interest
It is my favourite game as well. Together with my partner we are fans of football. We always watch important football matches on TV. At weekends sometimes we go to our stadium to watch the games of local teams. I know that British people are ardent fans of this game. They even have some Premier League football clubs, such as Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal. American football is called soccer. Their game is a bit different from football. For example, the shape of a ball and a uniform are totally different. The rules of football are quite simple. There are eleven players in each team. Every team tries to score as many goals as they can. No one is allowed to use hand while playing, only legs.
There's a tremendous amount of them, which influence our health. The best thing I've ever practiced in my life is track and field athletics. This is a great alternative for those, who can't decide what is best, because it's a combination of all sports.
