As for me I like fruit salads

As for me I like fruit salads with cream. It is so tasty. Without this dish there is no holiday in my family.

And if I keep a diet , sometimes there are periods in my life when I am not satisfied with my body shape and I decide to change my nutrition style. you can replace cream with yogurt. It is a light dessert which has a lot of viitamins. And this dish is special because even if you cook it every day, you can vary it changing usual fruit and replacing them with new ones, adding some additional ingredients like nuts, poppy seeds, honey, etc. You'll never get tired of it.
