Well, I can say the following concerning to the topic: it doesn't matter how you look like, what is your weight, are you fit or fat, is your muscular mass enough developed to say that it's really impressive - all these things are not important! Real issue is your personal level of self-confidence and self-love. If you don't suffer from continuous self-accusations and let yourself be what you really are, percieve yourself as an unique induvidual and have the same attitude to all the people around you - then you can be sure that the whole world is open to you. All the problems are only inside of your head. Change your attitude to yourself, take care of yourself and just be the person you want to be.
To tell the truth I have some complexes because of my body shape. When beach season comes , pool parties are rather rare at the place I live, most of my friends are not so reach people to have pools and to organize pool parties, so the only place where I show my body is a beach, the beach season fever begins . I try all diets which are only possible to find in Internet, I try different kinds of physical activities. In general, I try my best to look perfectly on the beach. It is hard for me to tell whether these changes are visible from aside, but I feel them and I am proud
What do you mean under the word "manboobs". If you are a man, then you definitely should have just boobs, that men have. So, I didn't really understand that phrase of yours. I am in quite good shape, so I don't mind it, but I am not also against people who have extra kilos being on a beach without shirt.
That's a problem for me right now,because,God is my witness,I 'm too far from my best shape these days.I weigh too much for my height and I try really hard to bring it all back to the way it was,but it ain't going as fast as I would like it to go.My partner Steven is the one I look up to right now in this struggle.cause,man,he's got a perfect body!And it's all mine,I can do whatever I want with it! ;) I just have to keep up with him in order to look decently by his side.That's why I go to the gym,for a run in the morning and picking a diet that'll suit for me right now.

I never tried to make people like me, because if they want to like me, then they will do it. That means, if you want to go shirtless along the beach then just do it! If it is a problem for you and you want to change it, then try to change. Go to the gym and have several lessons. I am sure soon you'll loose this problem.

As for me everything depends on your own attitude to yourself. If you feel uncomfortable walking shirtless, then do not do it, if you want to do it, then do it! it depends from your opinion about yourself, your life style. Sorry, if i say something incorrect. I think when you are young you must have good shape and keep it in fit. If you want to change something, start from yourself. At the first, you can try to do some exercises in gym or at home. I think its may be not so difficult for you. if for you is not important minds another people, you can not change something. if it is on the contrary, you may try change something in yours life.
