Unfortunately I have nothing to advice you, because nothing will work till he decide to quite smoking, first of all for himself. Of course you can tell him that you dislike it, that it is not pleasant for you and that you worry about him and his health, but it does not mean he would listen and agree /

You can try to talk to him, but I am not sure it will work. Smoking is addiction and it is not so easy to forget about it, still if he would feel your support and care he could try to please you. who knows...

Try to talk to him and explain that it is something you dislike. Maybe he need a push to start a new life with no smoking in it. You can make this push. at least you can try.
If you are going to have children through surrogacy, it is another reason to quite smoking, because it would be harmful for your future child and your partner's fertility.

Oh, I am sorry, but seems like nothing will help, if he did not decide to forget about his bad habit by himself.
Have you at least tried to talk to him and discuss it?

You know i think you can do nothing! He should realize for himself that he want to live and want to live in healthy body. My uncle had died because of smoking and this is for me the best reason not to smoke.

Adult be forced to do something only if he wants or breaks down, or pretend to be temporarily broken. Any violence leads to resistance. Cannot be forced to do things that need to convince a person to want to do it.To quit Smoking is to break habits, to endure, suffer and pleasure to draw cigarette smoke Smoking next person, promise yourself, parents, friends that will never, never smoke again and look for excuses to break the promise. Only people with very strong will is available here so to force himself to abandon ingrained habits.

You should find videos in the internet about bad influence of smoking and with all those picture of lungs and so on. Also tell him that you wont to live long and happy life with him, but not lost him because of cancer in a couple of years. I think it might help...And I hope he'll stop smoking.

Take a new hobby up so that you are distracted and not as tempted to smoke.
Reduce your caffeine intake. When you cease smoking your body processes caffeine twice as efficiently, resulting in sleepless nights unless your intake is reduced.
Try a simple auto-suggestion: "I do not smoke. I cannot smoke. I will not smoke", and while you are saying it, think of something else to do.
Avoid being around people that smoke or situations that remind you of smoking.
If you do fail, never be disheartened, use this attempt as a practice so you're better prepared for the next try.
Consider whether you also have a psychological addiction to smoking. Most people who have smoked for very long do. If you have ever quit for three days or more, and then gone back to smoking, you are most likely psychologically dependent. Explore psychological/behavioral smoking cessation programs designed to eliminate triggers and urges to smoke.

use sugarless gum. But don't chew it too long, ideally 10-15 minutes. This will save you from excess food and normalizes the acid-alkaline balance. In the fetid breath caused by problems with the gastro-intestinal tract, get good nutrition. Eating healthy food will not only help you to cure this delicate problem, but also improve overall health. Avoid foods with a pungent odor: onion, garlic, soup, dumplings, etc. If you had to eat such food, carefully brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with mouthwash. In future, use peppermint pastilles sugar-free. B) B) B)
