About quick lose weight.. I'm no physical trainer, but there is no healthy way to quickly lose weight! It times time and effort if you choose to take the healthy approach. You could take weight loss pills, but they are not healthy and can be dangerous. Plus it's too fast for your body to keep up with which can create additional health problems for the user as well.The beast and most effective way for you to lose weight is to burn it off by exercising and eating right will help, so you are already more than half way there. I'm not a fan of diets, but I have one which is my favourite and I use it in some situations, when I need to loose weight as fast as possible. Rice diet - here is my menu.
All you can eat and drink during the day:
1. rice(you can eat white, but brown rice is preferable)
2. boiled chicken breasts
3. 1-1,5 liters of low fat kefir/milk
4. 2-3 liters of water
5. vegetables(all except potatoes)
6. green tea
Your portions should be small(like your fist), eat 5 times per day.
And don't forget about exercises.
