How many times a week do you workout?

I should confess that i am not that person who is big fan of active sport, i would better lie on the sofa and relax when i have free time :lol: :silly: But i know that sport is useful not only for our shape but also to keep healthy And i know that most of guys go to the gym or do some sport..And what about you? Do you like sport and how many times a week do you workout? :)

i can not imagine my life without sport. Every weekend i go to gym or play football or temmis. But time for workout differs from workouts goals. For example,If your goal - to increase strength and gain muscle mass, you need to train 2-4 times a week, depending on the training program.
If your goal - weight loss, endurance development, improving muscle relief, health fitness, you need to train 3-5 times a week, depending on the program (the bare minimum - it's twice a week).
Improving the load, for example - morning gymnastics, active walking, breathing exercises, stretching exercises can be done every day, but it is desirable to diversify.
If you have a sedentary job, it is even necessary to do every day.

How many times a week do you workout?

My life consists of ups and downs. This fact also implies to my work outs. If I am in a good mood, and everything is fine in my life, then I like training at the gym, or simply at home. And I do it 4-5 days a week. But If everything is bad, and really depressing, I don't want even to get up off my sofa.

It's a real hard topic for me :) .And it is so because of one thing-I truly,sincerely would like to do it much more often,but no matter how I try,it just doesn't work for me,at least by now.I'm ashamed to say it,but now if I do it once a week-it's a great result for me.And there have been times,when I've used to go to the gym three or even four times a week.I'm working now on getting back that rhythm-I truly loved my body back then-but there's too much work right now,so I'll just have to wait I guess.But I'm looking forward to it and hope it'll happen in the nearest future.

Workout as a special way of sport is not for me really. It is too hard and takes too much time. However I do have some trainings in the gym at least thrice a week. I am in quite a good shape and always thought it was my major target, so as you can see I have not such a problem, as overweight. I do special exercises and also those that include cycling, martial arts and fast walking or jogging - this type has good explosive energy and speed. B) Also it's great to walk as much time as possible. or run in the morning! :woohoo:

How many times a week do you workout?

My life is very fulfilled and sometimes I do not have enough time to work out regularly. Although I try to do it as often as I can. Most of times I do it on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Then on weekends I go hiking, climbing, camping or something else))) I am toooo active, people. My friends even say that my battery never gets low))) And I agree, I think that life must be like this. full and compound. workout is a big part of my life. I think if you want to live then life fully, taking everything from this life. Using each opportunity, each advice. Do what you want)
