trully say i am not a big interested in this kind of topic. i do not say that i am hate sport.on the weekend my partner and i sometimes running or played golf. about workout i can say that if you are profesional sportsmen you need do it regulary every day about 2-3 times. as for me i have workout 4-5 times on a month. :)
This theme is very difficult for me and it is so because of one thing-I truly, sincerely would like to do it much more often, but no matter how I try,it just doesn't work for me,at least by now.I'm ashamed to say it,but now if I do it once a week-it's a great result for me.And there have been times, when I've used to go to the gym three or even four times a week.I'm working now on getting back that rhythm-I truly loved my body back then-but there's too much work right now,so I'll just have to wait I guess. But I'm looking forward to it and hope it'll happen in the nearest future.
The "distance" between training sessions should be such that you have time to recover from training to training. Otherwise, your fatigue will accumulate and will not allow you to progress in your studies. And all the rest of the time you will feel sluggish and broken. the minimum number is two times a week. This means that at this frequency you can count on at least some result. So, 60% - 70% of the amateurs who attend the gym or any other trainings are trained. But do not be equal to them. More often they are disturbed by either laziness or lack of time. It is considered optimal for lovers three times a week. In this situation and medium-sized training sessions, most people manage to recover. So almost all other people train.
sport is important part of my life. I train sport already for 15 years. My sport began from dancing club for 11 years, now it is gym, healthy food and morning exercises. I train in the gym 4-5 times a week. I know that it is too much, but one day i make exercises for strength, one day i make cardio. Besides, every day i do morning exercises. Simple exercises such as ABS, squat, push ups. So if you are newbie in sport, recommend you to start from morning exercises.
Every weekend i go to gym or play football or temmis. But time for workout differs from workouts goals. For example,If your goal - to increase strength and gain muscle mass, you need to train 2-4 times a week, depending on the training program.
If your goal - weight loss, endurance development, improving muscle relief, health fitness, you need to train 3-5 times a week, depending on the program (the bare minimum - it's twice a week).
Improving the load, for example - morning gymnastics, active walking, breathing exercises, stretching exercises can be done every day, but it is desirable to diversify.
You know my life is very fulfilled and sometimes I do not have enough time to work out regularly. Although I try to do it as often as I can. Most of times I do it on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Then on weekends I go hiking, climbing, camping or something else))) I am toooo active, people. My friends even say that my battery never gets low))) And I agree, I think that life must be like this. full and compound. workout is a big part of my life. I think if you want to live then life fully, taking everything from this life. Using each opportunity, each advice.
