I am in quite a good shape and always thought it was my major target, so as you can see I have not such a problem, as overweight. My weight is approximately 68 kilos and I'm tall, and keep fit. I know that many guys have slim bodies and long lean limbs, with shoulders and hips of a similar width. They find it very difficult to build muscles, and have a hard time maintaining their weight. This body type is also rather more prone to injuries than other types, so they should look to stretch properly before and after exercise to avoid pulls and sprains. For such people I have a great advice, good types of exercise that include cycling, martial arts and fast walking or jogging - this type has good explosive energy and speed.
Honestly I am quite slim. I weight only 65 kilos and rather satisfied with my body shape. I know a lot of guys who are enormously worried about their shape and the muscles. I do not have such a problem. Due to my active way of life, I travel a lot, go in expeditions, climb the mountains and explore the forests, I do not need to spend a lot of time in gyms. I receive enough physical exercises while traveling around the world. I am not trained as most of sportsmen of course, although I am really satisfied by what I have.
As for me my weight right now is,to my own disgrace, far from what I'd wanted it to be.I'm almost two metres tall and the perfect weight for me would be around 85 kg.And now I weigh almost 105 kg.It's a catastrophe for me right now and I'm doing everything to get my body into a normal position, but I think it'll take some more time, than I'd expect.I was never fat,but it's obviously not my body standard,so right now I feel pretty uncomfortable with it.But I think,I'll conquer it soon enough, cause I've got the greatest example in front of me-my loved partner Steven,I adore him so much.
Talking about one's own weight with other people is wrong, because people always try to try on each other's data on themselves, because of this complexes develop. Everyone should know their "ideal" weight and all the consequences of obesity. Although the deviation in weight in one direction or another is not at all a sign of a serious illness, a strong departure from the norm can lead to a deterioration in health. Light weight "shortage" is not a danger. At the same time, obesity entails the risk of heart disease, increased blood pressure, gallstones and diabetes. As a result of excessive weight pressure on the bones and joints, the osteochondrosis of the knee, pelvic and lumbar regions develops. Fat, accumulating in the chest and under the diaphragm, causes a predisposition to bronchitis
As for me I weight 85 kilos and have 1.65 meters height. I understand that this is too much, I have overweight. I understand that I have to keep a healthy diet and be more physically active. But I still remember times when I was really fat, more than 100 kilos.
And now I am really proud of myself that I lost these kilos. I think that nothing is impossible for a person who has a right motivation and a big desire. And one more thing - you lose weight only to improve your health. If you begin to feel bad, stop. Beauty is a very subjective criteria. But you will be beautiful only if you feel good.
I used to weigh up to 165lbs one point in my life. My blood pressure was off the roof, I woke up with short breathes. I went on crazy diet, which I ate 500 to 800 calories per day for whole month.
I lost 35lbs within a month, and now, year later, I weigh 120 to 125lbs depends on what I eat that week. It was pain in the ass at first, but once you are committed to it, it will be easier. Just gotta be motivated. Now I mostly eat home cooked meals, no prepared foods and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. It tastes better and I am enjoying everything I eat. When I get hungry I eat slowly enough to make me not hungry and drink a bit more water.
