Do people in your country do enough sport or do they prefer to watch TV and play computer games? If getting active and staying healthy were easy, everyone would do it...but we don't. We come home after a long day of sitting in a chair to de-stress by sitting in another chair, unable to summon the energy to take a walk or hit the gym. Sure, everyone says to "make time for what's important to you," but oversimplification doesn't make the struggle easier. How could you encourage lazy people to do more sport?

I cannot say for the whole country when even a small circle of my friends is divided into two approximately equal parts - one part of my friends likes sports and keeps healthy lifestyle with pleasure while the other part is lazy prefering to spend all their free hours in front of the TV doing nothing. But there is one thing I can say - being strong, slim and healthy is in trend now and it is a good tendency. Young peopl know how important it is to do sports and to care about their health . Not everybody turns it into habit, but I think that someday it will be possible

All habits, either good or bad, come from families. If in your family everybody does sports and it is a norm of life for the parents, then it will be a norm of life for a child too. And this child will grow up as an active, sportive and healthy person, crates his own family and teaches his own children to like sport and to keep healthy lifestyle. And if parents spend every single weekend in front of TV then a child will never know anything else. With time this child may understand the importance of sport, but he will have to spend a lot of energy to turn it into habit.

man is by nature a very stubborn and lazy, so all kinds of training and training motivation act on it is very weak, and it may take years. Therefore, the simplest rule that works is without any rocking and thoughts should start to exercise at the moment, as remembered about it. No need to invent the goal for which You strive! No need to look for a company and training methods, do: "do Not want!" and "can't!".Arrange a competition between friends or beat other people's records. To encourage better results, it is necessary, otherwise Your muscles will stop growing. This is of course very hard physically, so we suggest to arrange a competition between friends and girlfriends at the time, endurance, amount of exercise etc. If it is now no friends close by, call them on the phone, check their records in this sport and start yourself to exceed it. The top skill is to learn to compete with yourself.

Personally, I would suggest them to imagine themselves in a few years' time. If that's not a big motivation, then the best way is to tell the truth about what you think about this or that person, no matter what the reaction will be. For example, if I told my best friend "you're fat, no one will love you and you need to exercise more" she would be definitely offended, but this way she would start doing something to improve the situation, for nothing else, but criticism can push us to change and improve the state of affairs.

Do not push yourself. You are not lazy - just a difficult task. The person who trains regularly, will run three miles much easier and faster than the one who last time ran in high school. So don't push yourself - you're still just getting started.    If you stumble and fall, understand that it is normal. It happens to everyone. It does not matter what you something failed. It is important that you continue to achieve the goal. From time to time something will go wrong (you miss a training session because of illness, because of some event), but to worry because this is not worth it. Everything will be fine. Chin up!

You may be lazy, you may not, but the easiest thing to do is set realistic goals and then attempt to reach them. Determine how to get there, then do it. It works best if you're interested, so here's the challenge: find a way to make it interesting for you. Your teachers can help, but you're the one who has to find it interesting. Otherwise, you'll probably find sleep or games or something more interesting. I discovered the school library and decided I wanted to read every book in it. I got through most of the books and all the periodicals before I graduated, over 4000 books. It takes an interest though.

Guide on dealing with laziness
1. To overcome laziness we need to start with the basics. With goal-setting. Picture this – you lie on the beach and do nothing. And then suddenly runs up to you friend and invites you to go with three charming girls in the movie in an interesting movie, and after diving. You rise from the recliner and does not hesitate, already follow each other. From a passive state you are in active. How did it happen? It's simple. You have a goal that you are inspired to action.Do smoothly. This is especially important when working with long-term goals. If you feel that to achieve the goal still a lot of work, and your strength is running out – start to visualize your goal. Think about how you feel right when you reach the desired. If that doesn't work – think about what happens if you don't do the trick. Whether you will like the result?

Sure, everyone says to "make time for what's important to you," but oversimplification doesn't make the struggle easier. Let's break down the mental walls keeping you from taking care of yourself. Remember, health and wellness are extremely personal sciences. You'll be assaulted on all sides by articles, scams, self-help books, poorly-reported scientific studies, internet commenters, and more who all claim they know what will work for you—and it usually boils down to what worked for them (which is great!) or what they're willing to sell you (which is not so great.) Having an abundance of options isn't a bad thing, but remember who you're in this for.

Unorganized laziness
This personality type itself is suffering from his illness, as averse to move mountains and achieve success. But does not know how to do it. People, setting a goal, simply do not see the ways to achieve it. Either sees too many possibilities and rushes from side to side, and he didn't achieve. In the end, the goal remains the goal, efforts are unappreciated, and the person labelled a slacker.Meanwhile, to overcome laziness unorganized simply. You need to choose the position, where all responsibilities are clearly described and you will not need to come up with their own plan of action B) B) B)

Well, if in daily routine you can include light exercises. It will be useful not only for General health but also to set the mood. Conversely, if the morning will be spent and crumpled in a hurry, so will fly by and all day. The worst option is to stay in bed until the last moment, because it is a provocation laziness and adjusts the whole body in sleepy inaction.Even if you have a sedentary job not involving any physical activity, learn to switch. You can stop and do light exercises for hands (like in school, remember: "we wrote, we wrote..."). You can perform exercises for the eyes: to move eyes from a distant object to a close, rotate the pupils to close and open the eye. It helps, firstly, to relax, and secondly, just to distract from the core classes.
