Let's talk about cuisine!

Hello, everyone! I am a newcomer here and don't know anybody at this place, so.... I've decided to create topic like this. Because we all know that nothing can bring people together so undoubtedly as talking about food preferences and everything connected with it ;)
So, one general question for all of you: what cuisine do you prefer? Europian, Asian, American...? What is the defining characteristic of your homeland cuisine? Will be great to see your answers, guys :silly:

Let's talk about cuisine!

Food is one of my biggest passions-I definitely love to eat! :) A good food to me is like a good sex ;) .I love it,I enjoy it as much as I can.Some of my favorite meals are fried potatoes,greek salad,pizza,hot sandwiches etc.I know it's not very healthy but sometimes you just can't help it. :) Especially,when there's this heavenly smell,coming out of the kitchen.In our family Steven is the chef.I love the way he cooks,all his recipes are just yummies to me. :cheer: He knows that and often brings me some surprises,something new and tasty.

Honestly, I don't see any difference between American, and European cuisine. Or if to be more accurate, I don't know what is American cuisine, because there are different people in America, who bring their different cuisines with them, that's why there are European, Asian, and other cuisines mixed each other. I prefer European one.

Let's talk about cuisine!

So, the first kitchen for me like a native. It's Japanese cuisine. I like it because there are very few meat, milk, animal fats and simple carbohydrates. The basis of Japanese cuisine is seafood that I love. The second kitchen, this is Singapore's cuisine. It's me attracted by the fact that there used techniques such as - quick frying with spices, stewing, cooking in broth and steaming, marinating. This allows preserving the most important beneficial properties of food and also does not allow the formation of carcinogens. The third kitchen is Chinese cuisine, she liked it to me I think that it is even more diverse than the Japanese and Singaporean. And its harm is that in the Chinese cuisine is the abundance of fried foods and love for all kinds of meat. And show more. And I like the cuisine because there are small portions, variety, abundance spices, wide use of tea.

hello my dear. Who doesn't like to eat? I think all do. There are so many different cuisines, with different tastes and flavours. as for me, i can't say what cuisine exact i like. I like European for its soups and meat. I like Ukrainian national dish, i like Italian pasta. Besides, i like sushi, i can't imagine my lige without sushi, especially with salmon. And in American i prefer steaks and of course hamburgers. And what about you? Maybe you like cuisine of exact country?
