Masturbate at night

It might appear that it is not harmful by many but accidents can happen at night or in the dark. Make sure you always keep a light on or at least your phone with the screen on. The problem here is that you will eventually orgasm, and if you dont see where the come goes it can land in your eye and eventually suffer an infection. They say sperm caused eye infections can be make you go blind. Be careful and good luck. Is it true?)) It sounds like a joke. Is it okay to masturbate at night?

Well you can if you could keep up with it. But you'd be bored yet do it. That would be meaningless. Infact you ll be tired and sober the next day.
So I have a suggestion if you are open to it. Plan to masturbate every weekend. This is a better option because, say Friday night is an optimum time to do it, considering Saturdays are off for you. Then you get two holidays to replenish your energy and give some time off to genitals as well.
So Mondays your back to yourself, do your stuff and weekends come sooner than you think. This way youre eager to masturbate and you will be saving time from the week, get better sleep and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you're up for this, let me know how it works out for you !! Happy masturbating :)

Masturbation is completely normal. The frequency is down to the individual and once a day is certainly not uncommon, with teenagers often masturbating several times a day. You should not feel guilty about it and it does not make you a sex addict. It is the only truly safe sex! If you have self-esteem issues and depression that relate to your sexual behaviour it may well be worth seeing a specialst counsellor or sex therapist. They are very used to talking to people will all sorts of sex and relationship related problems. Your GP should be able to refer you or some Sexual Health/Genitourinary Medicine clinics have this service.

Masturbation is a normal and healthy sexual activity for both men and women. Adequate sexual activity is required for the maintenance of mental well being. Hence do not worry about it. It is considered excessive when it interferes with your day to day activities. masturbation is good. u are alone, no partner so no other outlet. u do not need hookers to take care of your physical needs, so keep on jacking. someday when u get a partner u will find the need to masturbate less. one thing for sure is to keep a healthy prostate and sexual male health masturbation to ejaculation is necessary for young men like u. use it or lose it is my moto.

I don’t think there is any harm in masturbating. everybody mastrubete and I doubt something depends on the time. it is not important whether it is day or night. In fact masturbation releases stress, will make you feel calm and relaxed. You will have better sleep and it is fact. As for me there are a lot of advantages and no disadvantages, so, just do it!!! :P :P :P But anything in excess can be harmful in some or the other way. If you are on medication then you should reduce your masturbation count. To know in detail about masturbation, you can check on some consultation or medical information.

In fact, the need for "solo sex" men living in a full-fledged marriage, is quite different. The only situation in which self-gratification is really required spouse is when he suffers from premature ejaculation. This advice is due to the fact that the representative of the stronger sex, who is not involved in Masturbation from time to time, during sexual intercourse "discharge" is faster than your partner, which meets periodically myself. That is, can be useful for Masturbation in the future to prolong the intercourse.Raising this delicate subject, of course, not to mention the cases of so-called chronic Masturbation. It's pathological, and it does not take into account the therapists when talking about normal, healthy people. Irrepressible need to be discharged every time a man feels an erection

Masturbation is a very common behavior, even among people who have a sex partner. In one national study, 95% of males and 89% of females reported that they have masturbated. Masturbation is the first sexual act experienced by most males and females. In young children, masturbation is a normal part of the growing child's exploration of his or her body. Most people continue to masturbate in adulthood, and many do so throughout their lives.

if sperm get in into an eye you can get an infection or a Sexually Transmitted Disease. yes, it's true!it has a high salinity (lots of salts) this is like getting seawater in your eye. Hurts like hell. The sperm coats the eye (it's designed to swim in a mucus layer somewhere else), it will get around the back and cause severe watering. In an emergency I've heard that certain people use milk to neutralise the effects.

Personaly I think its not very good but it decision of the person. There is no longer any doubt among doctors and therapists that the supposed negative effects of masturbation are false. It is a perfectly normal and healthy form of sexual expression. Ninety-five percent of men begin to masturbate at puberty, and many continue to do so throughout life without negative consequences. Masturbation only becomes a problem if it becomes a substitute for other forms of sexual activity. It is important however to masturbate in a way that will help you learn how to control ejaculation so that when you do have a partner premature ejaculation will not be an issue. No man is born with the ability to control. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

Everyone has a different masturbation routine. Some do it daily, some weekly, some in the morning, some in public bathrooms ... the list goes on. No matter when, where, or how you do it, there are so many positive effects of masturbating — and it's fun! It can help you stay in touch with yourself and your sexuality, and is also an extremely satisfying way to pass the time. Whether you're horny, frustrated, stressed, or just plain bored, masturbation will always be there for you. Releasing endorphins is a well-known way to help you relax, which is why working out regularly helps you sleep better and more deeply. Sure, sex is physically exhausting in and of itself, but the act of having an orgasm can also cause sleepiness.

Used everyday. 3-6 times a day 1+ sessions. never interfered with sex life..because there was no sex life to interfere with. Feel better with no masturbation in life. Confidence sextuples, full of energy, thoughts clear. pheromones go into over production I guess, since it seems like I draw positive and sexual attention from men. Haven't noticed any men not displaying any sort of interest for a while. Feels good from going from invisible and always dismissed to being center of attention and sought after. Feels real good.
