Optimist or pessimist?

I prefer to be an optimist, because it has many benefits. The results are promising. In one recent study Segerstrom and her colleagues studied the relationship between optimism and immune response in first-year law students throughout the school year. When a student was more optimistic they fought off infection more effectively than during the times when they were less hopeful. Also romantic relationships benefit from a sunny disposition: Optimists and their partners tend to be happier than pessimistic pairings. You should think about the importance of being optimist or the alternative is the realist.

Optimist or pessimist?

I believe in being optimistic. I think one of the hardest things is life is staying strong when everything else is going wrong. S I see life as a win and a lose situation, and I can either be angry all the time and have no fun, or, be happy all the time and live life to its fullest without any regrets. If I spill milk all over my new shirt, I have to be happy that my drink wasn’t red instead. Being optimistic isn’t a gift, it’s something I have had to work on my whole life. Optimism is a practice, not a skill. Being optimistic is sometimes difficult, and I do not expect to be optimistic all the time and never have anything bad happen to me. There are many future obstacles ahead of me, like going to college and paying my own bills, and I don’t expect myself to be looking on the bright side for all of those hardships. Many negative experiences have happened throughout my life, but I choose to laugh it off and try to enjoy everyday. I would say overall, my life has been a glass that is half-full. I believe in being optimistic.

Optimist or pessimist?

Optimist more so than ever. I had a couple positive changes recently, and it's put my mind in a better place. I have a highly idealistic view of the future, and I believe that a lot of positive changes will happen in society before I'm all that old. (But at the same time I'm not blind to any risks that something such as, say, transhumanism will bring.)Realist is such a bullshit subjective term. Most people that call themselves realists are pessimists and cynics in denial.I'm optimistic for others, realistic for the world but sometimes feel pessimistic since i lose faith in it a bit time to time but I always have hope for it.

Thanks to the optimists appeared popular the idea that thought is material. Because when a person wants something, that optimistic approach to life gives him the confidence that he will reach the desired. The man begins to think and reason like a cherished goal has already been achieved, and this eventually leads him to the goal.socialize with positive people, and try to stay away from those who endlessly talks about what "all bad"Optimists believe that in the world there is nothing impossible. They do not think about whether the implementation of the idea in principle

I am an optimist))))))optimists are much more successful than pessimists. This fact does not need to explain. Optimists radiate a wave where everything is great sum, and pessimists – where everything sucks and will get worse. To help yourself become an optimist, you need to work in two directions: first, learn to ignore the negativity, and secondly- to be joyful.Increasingly popular nowadays become the technique of visualization. Their essence is that all thoughts are material. This means in our power to attract good luck and to achieve the desired results. Tune in to the positive! :silly: :silly: :silly:

Optimist or pessimist?

I think that optimism is an Outlook on life, other people and the world as a whole only from a positive point of view. Opposite him is pessimism, which is the negative views on reality. Pessimists believe that bad things are, and no better. The youth of the soul and body. Optimists generally look and feel younger than their own age. This is because it makes no sense to consider the past year and be reminded of past failures. An optimist with confidence and hope looks forward to the future, expecting only the best. Typically, the pessimists are not successful people, because it eats them from the inside, uncertainty about the future, different fears, some dissatisfaction

Meanwhile, in real life, people completely devoid of optimism, in which there was no cause for celebration and no chance to feel happy, of course not. Because happiness and unhappiness are relative terms. Thanks to the optimists appeared popular the idea that thought is material. But this does not mean that they do not learn lessons from the mistakes

Try to use funny expressions of own composition, copy friends and acquaintances, all countries and peoples. A sense of humor to train hard, but possible. Take your favorite jokes, told others, ))))))) Put yourself a goal: every day to find something interesting and funny in their work or leisure, and in the evening to share with your man. An optimist to be difficult, the environment will start to irritate sooner or later, especially envious and stupid people. Characterized by the fact that the optimist carefully protects from minor, evil and envious people, because they may interfere with positive attitude.

Optimist or pessimist?

Guys, I am sorry, but I am complete pessimist. And this reality in my life doesn't let me be the happy person, and live full life without regrets, and without thought that everything may be worse every day. But I am trying to get rid of such thoughts that may get stuck in my head from time to time.

i think mostly i am optimist.Despite the fact that we all live in the same world, each of us draws it in its own way, adding colour to whichever is closer, easier. Easier to whine and complain about the injustice that reigns around, – a little more grey and black? Easier, shook himself, and to understand that this was another step to victory, orange and yellow. An optimist is a person who is able to see the true state of things with their life-affirming position. He's not floating in the sky, wishing that the world itself was rebuilt under his fabulous imagination, and indignant that this is not happening. Optimistic person will try to bring our desires into reality, seeing problems as a challenge fate. And that is what makes him enthusiastic where other people will throw up their hands and give up. :P
