Positive thinking

I think people who think positive live happy and long life. They don't think "what if I fail" or "I won't make it", they don't scare and they move forward very fast. I admire such people and I try to think positive all the time. I try to find good in everything even if it's really hard to do. Stop feel sorry for yourself and stop to afraid of changes!Stop regret and winning!You should move yourself from the couch and go outside and make your dreams come true!

When you chose positive attitude, you will start to notice a lot of positive qualities in people and ignore their defaults, and then, you will start to create more meaningful friendships and great relationships. This type of attitude will create a very good and positive atmosphere around you.

When something negative happens to you, but it is not your fault and you are unable to influence on it somehow, to change it, to make it better, then the only thing you can (and definitely should) do in this case is look whether your situation (even when it seems completely terrible) has positive sides and what are they. And if you don't see anything positive at all think that this situation is an experience first of all (negative experience is also an experience), it is a lesson which life gives you for you to become the person you were born to be.

Positive thinking is important because when we just complain on what we don't have, we usually don't see that there are so many things in our life which we should be grateful for. We are all happy, really. We are happy just because we live. And we have so many things which so many people in the world can only dream about - love, family, home, work, food to eat. And that fact that there is something we don't have yet I want to underline it - YET) is nothing but a motivation to go further and to develop ourselves to reach new goals. Consider it this way.

It was proven scientifically that by controlling and thinking positive thoughts, you actually create new neural pathways in your brain. I paraphrase a doctor, who was interviewed in the video below, saying: “We can rewire the patterns in our brain with the cognitive behavioral affirmations. It is not just the fluff, woo-woo stuff. Positive thoughts change the way our brain is wired. It really has biochemical, neuro-chemical affects on our brain.” And so, yes, with your thoughts, you can therefore change your life.

First of all, if we decide to become positive, we can make the so called “law of attraction” work for our favour. The main principle of the law of attraction is that “like attracts like”. If you will make positive thinking your habitual way of seeing life, imagine how many great things you can attract into your life!

Watch your emotions! Do you feel that you begin to think negatively, immediately stop yourself and find the cause of negativity. Quarreled with colleagues? Had a fight in the grocery store? Do not have time to complete the task on time? So what??? Why for such small things to focus our attention? You colleagues are so expensive?! Or without them You can not live? Or the clerk has arranged a scandal worth Your nerves and emotions?! Of course, no! Once eliminated from your life negative and irritating factors, try to fill in their place positive – watch funny Comedy, melodrama, try to find and read only positive news, i.e. those in which it is possible for someone to rejoice, to take the example, etc.

With a positive attitude we experience pleasant and happy feelings. This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy, and happiness. Our whole being broadcasts good will, happiness and success. Even our health is affected in a beneficial way. We walk tall, our voice is more powerful, and our body language shows the way we feel ;)

Attracting positive things. "Law of Attraction" States: like attracts like. Positive thoughts attract positive things and circumstances. Negative thoughts attract negative things and circumstances. You believe in the Law of Attraction or not, no matter if you think positively attract into your life more positive, if you think negatively you will get the result appropriate to your negative thoughts. These findings suggest us surveillance of millions of people from around the world, many of whom have not even heard about this concept as the Law of Attraction. And it's not so much the metaphysics of the law of Attraction, it's the result of the predominance of positive thoughts over negative thoughts, which make you more positive positive actions, and get same result.
