Protein

Sources of protein are animal, special plant foods and protein supplements. The most valuable is the animal protein because it contains all the necessary amino acids. At the same time it contains a lot of cholesterol and saturated fat, limit your intake of fatty lamb or pork, and when cooked the meat cut off extra skin and fat. Few know what foods contain protein, and consume them in the right quantity, you also need to take care of its complete absorption by the body. The protein intake should be combined with the intake of lipids contained in vegetable oil or fat. They allow the body to easily digest the amino acids and increase the efficiency of protein intake of food.
Now in stores you can buy protein supplements enriched with vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates, but they should not act as sole source of dietary protein.

The biggest benefit of animal proteins, because they contain more essential amino acids, i.e. those that cannot be synthesized in the body. Meat, fish, dairy products, eggs are the products required for mandatory use. Use protein for individuals experiencing significant physical activity involved in athletic sports (bodybuilding, weightlifting, powerlifting, running and swimming for short distances) is invaluable.   Before you start taking proteins, it is advisable to undergo a medical examination for the absence of diseases of the stomach, liver, kidneys, and allergies. Significant damage can be obtained with a lack of the enzymes of the stomach and liver, are capable of digesting proteins

Animal proteins are the closest to that protein which our body cells consists of. But there are people who reduce animal foods because of some personal principles or the organism's intolerance. But it does not mean that they don't need protein or it is impossible for them to find it. There are also plant sources of protein. One of the most beneficial plant protein sources is lentils. Lentils are a type of legume/dried bean that is round in shape and about the size of a #2 pencil eraser. They’re found in a variety of colors and textures such as red, brown, and green. Brown lentils are a bit more firm than the other two, red being the softest texture of the three. Lentils have an earthy semi-neutral taste to them, which makes it perfect for using these in a wide variety of ways. In comparison to other types of dried beans/legumes, lentils are cooked easier and much faster.

If you are a vegetarian (or just don't like the taste of meat) then you definitely should increase an amount of nuts you eat every day. Nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, and more are not only rich in different minerals, Vitamin E, and good fats, but also protein high. Nuts vary from type, some are more nutty in flavor whereas others are more sweet and neutral tasting. Cashews are incredibly versatile to use in sweet and savory dishes; brazil nuts are rich in selenium- just eating 1 a day makes up 100% of your DV for selenium.

Protein is the main building material, and other components are muscle fibers, cells and bones of the human body. Athletes who are trying rather to achieve results, and buy protein, making it into a cocktail. But there will always be dissenters who claim that the protein can not be healthy and better to take it not worth it. In particular, a lot of reasoning in this thread devoted to the impact of protein on male potency. Indeed, in some cases, protein may cause a negative effect and affect the functioning of some internal organs, however, everything in order.

Most people get enough protein. But are you making the best protein choices, or are you in a rut?
You need protein for your muscles, bones, and the rest of your body. Exactly how much you need changes with age:
Babies need about 10 grams a day.
School-age kids need 19-34 grams a day.
Teenage boys need up to 52 grams a day.
Adult men need about 56 grams a day.
Just about every type of food has protein. Some have more than others. Whether you eat meat or not, you can get enough protein from your diet.
Apart from protein, you might also want to think about what else you're getting from protein-rich foods.
For instance, to limit saturated fat, you'd want to choose lean cuts of meat over fattier cuts. And to cut back on sodium, skip the processed meats like hot dogs and sausage.
If you're trying to get more omega-3s, you might choose salmon, tuna, or eggs enriched with omega-3s.
If you need to get more fiber, look to beans, vegetables, nuts, and legumes.

Now the protein is significantly different from the version that was sold in the early 1990-ies. Now it is devoid of harmful impurities and is undergoing a deep purification. Its regular use, studies show, helps athletes to accelerate the growth of muscle fibers and reduce recovery time after exercise. When a person gives the body a serious workload, diet may not always cover the needs in protein, and in such cases the reception of cocktails really helps the muscles.
Speaking about the harm of protein, not to mention the fact that any protein is very heavy buds, so those who suffer from diseases of the body, should not take protein shakes or sit on the protein diet, in order to avoid serious health problems.

Make sure to buy fresh, healthy food choices to ensure the maximum benefits of high quality protein. If you eat every meal with a bit of protein you’ll feel less hungry throughout the day and be less tempted to overeat or snack on junk food. You’ll also notice your energy levels rising and if coupled with exercise, you’ll eventually have tone, lean muscles. High quality protein is important in any diet and with so many choices of protein to choose from the meal possibilities are endless.
