Do you run/jog in the morning/evening?
Jogging or running is a popular form of physical activity. Regular running builds strong bones, improves cardiovascular fitness and helps to maintain a healthy weight. The difference between running and jogging is intensity, but both are forms of aerobic exercise.

as for me i like jogging in the morning and i feel better when i do this every morning. i feel fresh and cool during the whole day then. when the weather is bad and i don't have opportunity to run a bit i feel bad the whole day long.

I like running in the morning, because blood runs faster and it is easier for me to wake up Running is very useful for health and it is a very good way to burn extra calories. But the only minus of running is when the weather is bad you cannot run. But you can buy an indoor track and run at home, but it is not the same as running in sone parc or somewhere else outside, it brings much less pleasure. But it is also effective

Jogging is very important for our health, for losing overweight, because it belongs to the specific category of traininggs which are called cardio trainings. Cardio means heart. So jogging trains our heart. Blood runs aster, it brings more oxygen to every muscle and inner organ in our body. When our muscles are well-oxygenated, they are able to worc more and for longer time, they take the load better And the result is better too. So even if you do some hard athletic exercises, you definitely need to add cardio training to your everyday training program

The study notes that the faster you move, the more your muscles are activated. The difference in muscle activation is obvious when you compare the physiques of long-distance runners with that of sprinters. Long-distance runners tend to look thin and underdeveloped, whereas sprinters have more muscular physiques.

Running is fun. Anyone who engages in sports, certainly knows what pleasant warmth spreads throughout the body after exercise, :S :S :S :S how well you feel stronger muscles. Running is a wonderful look. The man who runs in the morning in the fresh air, always look cheerful, he has a healthy glow and the gleam in his eyes. No makeup won't do something that can make fresh air. Running is a success in personal life. The person gains confidence in himself, and spectacular sporty appearance captivates those around. But remember right before your run, take a small sip of water (or a sports drink - no juice or soda - too much sugar!). During your run, you don't want to drink hardly any liquids at all. If you are thirsty, take a couple sips and swish it in your mouth. Then spit it out. This works really well and you won't get a cramp. and of course avoid too much caffeine.

I'd say generally, morning. But best to jog is really at the time of day that suits you best buddy. Climate, energy levels and your personal commitments all play a part of the 'best' time. Running is a combination of opportunism and preference. I hate waking up early to run. The only time that I do it is when I'm either running a race, traveling and don't want to spend my entire afternoon running, or have to beat the heat. For me, it feels like a cold motor that has to do 0-60 drag races up and down the street. The evening, however, is a glorious time!
