hello guys! who like sport here? i do. i can't imagine my life without sport. every day i try to walk around 10-12 km. especially, if i have no time for gym. i go on foot to my work, to university, shopping, because i understand, that with sport i can keep my body in tone. but only walking you can't lose weight (if you have got such aim) you need to train sport, or at least do morning exercise every day for 30-40 minutes. and of course you should forget about sweets, bakery, pasta, alcohol. keeping these points you can lose your weight and if you don't need it, you can just keep fit and feel comfortable in your body.
