what is the best way to keep fit?

Most people somehow dream about slim body shape, well built muscles and always keep fit. But when they face all the possible methods for doing this (I mean different kinds of sport, workout, street training, even sport dances etc.), they usually stop trying because it is very difficult. What about you? Are you satisfied with your shape. And if yes, what did you do to keep fit? How do you manage to keep a good shape and not to reject all the possible goods of our world. Because, though I do not have problems with weight, I still can not say “no” to sweet(((

Well, there are a lot of ways to keep fit. And of course you are right saying that first of all one has to go in some sport, but without a nutritious food, nothing is possible. Every sportsman knows that he must think about his meals. Nothing fried, with oil and too much junk food, nothing fat, the food must be healthy. And this means fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products. But everything should be due to proper amounts, according to diets. There are a lot of such diets in the internet and most celebrities follow them. I haven’t tried them, but maybe now it is high time)

what is the best way to keep fit?

I have the same situation with saying "no" to sweets( I am not too fat, but also I can't call myself very thin, that's why I trying to keep myself fit anyway. Moreover, as I have eating disorder - binge eating disorder, I HAVE TO control my food, and other physical trainings. When I am in a good mood, then I have the desire to train my body, even at home.

i think that it is really hard for me to talk about it but i think that it is really very important to be fit and i think tht you know what i am talking about  but at the same time i think that you know that if you want to be fit then you shall do a lot of things, first of all i think that you shall think about your food and i think that it is really very important and you understand it,of course i can not tell you anything for sure but i think that about  balanced diet you can read everything in the internet and you know  about it, the other thing that i can tell you about it is that you shall go in for sports and i think that it is important for you, you shall combine both of them and then you would have the result.

I think keeping yourself in shape is easy enough if you follow certain rules. Walk more on foot. Choose for these walks picturesque places. If you have children or pets, make frequent, mobile walks with them. Do a simple exercise. It would Seem, boring duty. And you make a holiday out of it. First, choose the right time for classes. During the exercise, do not forget the importance of working with the press. A lot of calories goes away while doing stretching exercises and jumping. Also do not forget to drink plenty of water and try to eat right. Good luck with that) wink

what is the best way to keep fit? It is internal question for men and women. We always read different articles, books to find the fast and real way to keep fit. We try different diets to do it. But not diets, nor books can help us. Only our work, our patience and strength can do it. We should train every day, eat only healthy food. No bakery, no sweets, no sweet water. Only healthy food, water and tea.you can make a menu for one week, it will be easier to keep healthy food.
