What do you do to be in a good shape?

I visit gym several times a week and I also like to visit swimming pool. I run in the mornings, but just on weekends, so I think I am rather sportive person. I like to look good and be in a good shape. And what do you do to be fit? Do you enjoy it or it is like a work for you?

What do you do to be in a good shape?

I like running in the mornings, unfortunately I do it just twice a week, on weekends. I do not have enough time in the morning during the working week. I know I can wake up earlier, but I can not make myself do it.

What do you do to be in a good shape?

Gym is the best for me. I also like visiting swimming pool when I have free time. I like sport and I consider it to be important for me, my shape and my health. That is all...I am not a fan of proper nutrition, so I let myself to eat something bad from time to time...

What do you do to be in a good shape?

I run in the mornings, visit gym often, eat right food, and it is not just because I want to look better, it is my way of life, rather active and I do not like to change it. I choose a healthy way of life, being in a good shape.

What do you do to be in a good shape?

I like running, it make all by body better espesially legs and buns, but i can't do this is the morning, so i'm jogging at evening time. It also make my sleep better, because of running on the fresh air before go to sleep.
I don't like swimming pools, so i go to gym a few times a week

What do you do to be in a good shape?

If you want to get in shape, you will need to get in some activity every single day. You can’t expect results if you exercise inconsistently and infrequently. Have a plan and follow it. Find a partner! Studies show, if you have someone else pushing you and doing the exercises with you, then it's going to be easier to stay on track.

You said a really truthfull thoughts. to see some result there is need to passed some time. Because some people make exercise a few days, look on the mirror and think that nothing changes, why shell i do this more, nothing cadn help me! it's wrong. at least a month you should not waiting a great result. so take some patience

Jogging in the morning(20-30 minutes) will be a great beginning of the day and ask the correct blood circulation throughout the body, which will contribute to the energy charge. ( You can also simplify this process and to walk B)

I'm using the right food to keep me in good shape!
Everyone knows, whether they want to admit it or not, reducing calories will help you to lose weight. However, just as you should reduce the calorie intake, you need to know when to eat. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the one meal that should not be missed. Lunch should be healthy but a less than what you ate for breakfast. As you approach dinner, eat healthy but light. Avoid after dinner snacks or eating before bed!

A necessary condition for good health is a healthy lifestyle that involves getting rid of such bad habits as Smoking and alcohol abuse. Try as much a possible to contact with chemicals. :P :P :P :P
Chronic sleep deprivation is a serious harm to the body. An adult should sleep 6-8 hours a night to feel refreshed and full of energy.
Now that you know what to do to be healthy, make every effort to do so, adopt a positive habit, and it will be rewarded with good health!The key to good health is undoubtedly the purity, spiritual and physical. Observing personal hygiene, daily cleaning service in the home and airing the apartment, you stand on the correct way to preserve health and secure yourself against many diseases.

What do you do to be in a good shape?

If we want to stay young, healthy and attractive as long as possible, we have a little try.In the modern world, great importance is knowledge, but it is important to keep yourself in good physical shape. In order to be in good shape need to live an active lifestyle. Need in the morning to do exercises, and do what may be sport. You need to give up bad habits as Smoking and alcohol consumption. Just need to watch what you eat. :P :P :P To be in good shape this is not only useful, but also beautiful. Breakfast is absolutely essential regardless of whether you are hungry or not.
