Devouring a slice is a process that involves all the senses: the aroma coming from the oven, the sight of the molten cheese, the feel of the cornmeal-dusted crust in your hands, the sound of the crunch as you bite into itPizza may often be classified as junk food, but it doesn't have to be. The basic ingredients of pizza all have healthy potential. It's only when you go overboard on toppings or the amount you eat that pizza earns its bad rap.

Fit guys can eat everything, really. Because their nutrition is balanced. For example, Rihanna (the R'&'B singer from Barbados, if you did not know), when she decided to bring herself into a good shape, she asked her nutritionist to plan for her a diet with a chocolate ice-cream. She adores chocolate ice-cream, but knows that it contains a lot of extra calories and it is too harmful for the figure. And you know what? The nutritionist created for her an individual nutrition plan according to which she is able to eat her favourite ice-cream. So everything is possible.

And as for pizza, it really can be healthy, but many of people like pizza only because it is not useful. Forbidden seems attractive, it works all the time. So, most people like pizza and eat it without even thinking that it is possible to modify it and to make it healthier. Just one single replacement a fatty mayo with a low-calory (but what is important, not 0%, it is sour, tasteless and full of different chemical addings to keep it for a longer time) yogurt will halp to get rid of so many extra calories without any noticeable difference in the pizza's taste!

First of all, fit guys eat less, they eat just one or two slices and then they work out to lose those calories. Even if they eat too much, they will go to the gym and loose those pounds. Also don't forget, that fit guys have really good and fast metabolism because of the workouts!!!
Second is healthy ingredients of pizza - they just can eat low calorie pizza and didn't care that they will gain weight.

Forget protein bars and stir-fried mung bean sprouts. It Starts with the Sauce. Sauce is at the heart of just about any pizza. Of course, a main ingredient of sauce is tomatoes, which contain antioxidants such as lycopene. B) B)

The cheese is a source of calcium. The sauce is a source of antioxidants, as is the dough. If you add vegetables to your pizza, you can cross off a few more food groups. Meat gives you protein, with chicken being the healthiest choice. If you add pineapples to your pizza, you can cross fruit off your list too. Don't forget that the tomatoes in the sauce are technically a fruit! :) B)

It's hard to believe that something as inherently delicious as pizza can be healthy. It goes against everything that's been instilled in you since childhood. Things that are good for you aren't supposed to taste good. Fortunately, there is plenty of research to back up the assertion that pizza can be a perfectly healthy meal and a pretty good source for your nutritional needs. The next time you feel the urge for a pizza, you can enjoy it without the guilt. Pizza is one of the more popular options for fast food, with each American eating an average 46 slices in a year. :silly: :silly:
