Pizza’s components can help with the poops… Norovirus, or what we often refer to as a stomach bug, is the leading cause of camping out in bathrooms in the U.S. Scientists found that carvacrol, found in oregano oil, can break down the virus. While no amount of pizza can prevent norovirus (Price Is Right trombone here), scientists are looking into harnessing carvacrol’s power for use as a sanitizer. (The concentrated version of it is intolerable, so don’t even consider it.) Carvacrol can also hack into prostate-cancer cells and reprogram them to kill themselves off, which potentially can be used to help treat prostate cancer. :cheer: ;)

Sbarro Sausage & Pepperoni (1 slice): Maybe it's the fact that I spent the previous night subsisting on a diet of candy, IPAs, and whiskey, but this tastes exceptionally good despite being mall pizza of ill repute. The spongy crust. The rabbit-turd sausage that kinda tastes like spicy Bob Evans (it's breakfast!)... This is going to be the best week ever. Little Caesar's Hot & Ready Pepperoni (1/2 pie): The food that sustains 95% of college students, the Hot & Ready, recently experienced a dollar price hike and a decline in quality… but who gives a crap? It's the perfect football pie. It tastes like pizza candy and doesn't have much realness going on, but it's fantastic. It's even better when you eat it while half-asleep on the couch. :woohoo:
Stop eating junk food by going to sleep on time
Ask yourself if you're tired the next time you pick up that bar of chocolate. Some junk food junkies turn to junk food because of a lack of sleep or stress. Put that chocolate bar back down and fill up a glass with sparkling water and lemon juice in order to stop eating junk food. This will perk you up.
Determine whether you eat junk food for comfort. Many junk food junkies turn to junk food because they either feel guilty or they're depressed. Instead of stuffing your face with ice cream, talk to someone you trust about what's bothering you.
Men, I eat a bacon, sausage, and egg burrito every morning. And have pizza once a week. Still rockin a 6 pack with the V. I still could be more cut, but I'm content at being at about 10% bf. Just gotta lift, and do your cardio; and try to eat clean meals rest of the day. Also helps I have a fast metabolism.if your bulking its a pretty good meal...get whole wheat bread thin crust and vegies on it. if u dont put the fatty meats (pep, sausage, bacon,etc) its not a bad meal. good protein, simple and complex carbs, decent cals. and yummy
You know, pizza gets a bad rap. The dish that can claim early origins dating to the 1st century BC is often lumped in with fast foods such as hamburgers and fries as a treat that should be consumed in moderation. In reality, pizza is healthier than you might think. Pizza can actually be a highly nutritional meal that covers most of your basic food groups and meets most of your nutrition requirements. Forget protein bars and stir-fried mung bean sprouts. It Starts with the Sauce. Sauce is at the heart of just about any pizza. Of course, a main ingredient of sauce is tomatoes, which contain antioxidants such as lycopene.
As I could see from your post, you are a great pizza lover, and it is naturally enough, because pizza is really very tasty food. But I know many people who can't stand it. So, it is not the universal kind of food) And not only fit guys can eat pizza, everybody can do it, but it should be done reasonably.
However, sticking to a healthy diet is easier than it seems at first glance. A new study showed that people who make even slight changes in the menu feel better and live longer than those who do not. And this, perhaps, is the best motivation. Correctly eating today you care about your health for many years. There are no special secrets in how to switch to proper nutrition. And most importantly - healthy food does not require additional financial expenses beyond the budget of the family. Healthy foods should not be too expensive - enough that they will be natural and fresh. The whole nuance is how these products will be cooked and consumed.
of course they cab eat everything, because on the next day they come to the gym and burn all that calories. They work really hard for their body and appearance. I go to the gym and i see how they are sweating, working, dieing in the gym. But i can't say that they often eat unhealthy food. Yes, they can, but not so often and regular. If you want to do the same, no problem. Work for it
