I work in the cafe and I am not sure what are the pros and cons of working in the office. I think that working at home is much better, as there are a lot of pros. Major advantage is that travel time is saved. Millions of people waste hours traveling to-and-fro from work. In fact commercial cities have unbearable traffic during the office hours that are aptly called the ‘rush hours’. here is a lot of flexibility that comes with working from home. You can decide your own timings and can accommodate other tasks that need to be accomplished. So, as for me it is better to work at home!
As the matter of fact, in addition to the regular employee management that a team leader deals with, remote workers carry plenty of extra baggage that needs managing. Having remote workers, "creates a potential problem for managers used to having their team in the same room as them, The only bug with the office whiteboard is when someone leaves the top off a pen. Virtual whiteboards have an entire technology stack to go wrong. Also, remote workers must show better discipline, communication skills, and punctuality than their office-bound colleagues. In other words, they have to run faster just to keep up.

Working in the office is much less harmful for your health than for example working in some factory producing chemicals or dealing with radioactive metals, or lifting some heavy things. Working in the office is not risky for your life and for the life of other people. Working in the office does not depend on any nature conditions as much as, for example, working in the field and it is not as hard physically. There may be some overload from the intellectual point of view, but only if there is some responsibility on you (you are a chief), but that is why intellectual workers earn more

I hate offices , because i guess that work is very boring and exhausting , but the only office work i would like to take it is a work that Google company offers, because in that case the work is mostly can be depicted as the relaxation in all senses of the topic consideration, yeah the best one job ever.
I am working now at the office and I should say that sometimes it is very difficult for me to sit at the table from 9 to 6. 8 hours of working day can be really difficult for those who got to used to work at home. But people can get to used to different circumstances and everything can become easier with time.
I also work at the office, and i should say that it is pretty difficult for me to judge, what work is bettter - office work or home one or having your own business...because i always worked as an office clerk from 10 till 6, and i really do not know other work, so i have nothing to compare with. But i would love to have my own business someday, i would be happy to open my own beauty salon, cause i am fond of making ladies and men beautiful and make them love themselves, it would bring me joy in life, because office work is really boring
I suppose that in any job it is necessary to find work environment that is suited to your work style and and interests, where you are eager to seek for something new. To my mind, working in the office may give an opportunity to stay in the connection to company developments and co-workers. But, on the other side, it can be monotonous to spend your time with paperwork, you do not get much physical exercise and it is pretty hard to keep your figure fit. I do not like working in the office, because it is boring and you can spend a lot of time in the traffic jams while getting to work. All in all, it is a personal choice of every of us.
I think that i know what to say. Sometimes it is really difficult to find any information. Especially when you do not have much time to look for. Many people in the UK are self-employed purely by choice, while others tend to prefer working in the comfort of their own home despite having the opportunity to work among colleagues in an office environment. While working from home can be extremely beneficial when it comes to travel expenses, planning your own time, working to your own agenda, and so on, there are many aspects of working in an office that can’t be mirrored if you’re at home all the time.
